Brief Prayer Requests
March 30, 2008
- Amiel Ortiz – Miraculously Amiel (the 15 year old boy, Messianic believer from the town of Ariel in Israel, who was blown up by a package bomb last Thursday) opened his eyes for the first time this morning and started talking. Please pray for his complete healing, for psychological healing as well, as he is suffering from trauma. Continue to pray for the terrorists to be caught – the police seem to have a "lead" on the case, but have blocked out reporting until they complete their investigation. Pray as well for the correct media coverage, as channel 2 television in Israel seems to be planning a report to be aired Friday night. The expression of love and concern for Amiel has sparked deep prayer and unity within the Body of Messiah here in Israel.
- God-TV –For grace and blessing on Asher's teaching on Romans 9 – 11 to be aired around the world in different times zones today (Sunday). May much fruit be borne through God's word in this message. You may check for broadcast times at www.god.tv
- For right discipleship and first steps in the faith for two new Israeli young men, "Y" and "M" who received the Lord at congregation Ahavat Yeshua, this month.
- A prayer request from our Palestinian Christian friends -Fuad Nabil Ayyad, a member of the Christian community in Gaza, was kidnapped by an unknown group from Palestine square in the center of Gaza city on Friday. An unknown group also tried to kidnap Fuad's father before last Christmas, but he got away. His father is the second cousin of our dear martyr Rami.
Please PRAY for our ongoing ministry in Israel of indigenous evangelism, planting Messianic congregations, the discipleship training center, prophetic praise and prayer watches in Hebrew, and financial aid for the needy.
